Our Story

Nate and Sara, partners in life, adventure, and now, coffee. 

Long before we ever dreamed of roasting our own beans, we shared a love for traveling together. No matter where we wandered, our favorite ritual was always the same: finding a new local coffee shop to try. To us, each cup felt like a story an intimate glimpse into the community and culture behind it.

Inspired by those experiences, we wanted to bring a piece of that joy back home to Capistrano Beach. So we began experimenting slowly and curiously, learning to roast our own coffee in small batches. What started as a travel-inspired hobby soon found its way into the cups of friends and neighbors. The more we shared, the more people came back, excited to taste whatever we were roasting next.

Wanting to spread that sense of connection even further, we built a community pickup box at the front of our home, a simple wooden box where anyone could grab a bag of fresh micro-roasted coffee. Before long, it became more than just a box; it became a little hub of conversation, community, and shared appreciation for good coffee.

Today, every batch we roast carries the spirit of exploration and the warmth of all the places that inspired us. We hope that each cup brings a bit of that adventure to you, too.
